One digital 59 minute video recording of an oral history interview with Steve Siegel of Denver, Colorado, then Director of Program Development at the Denver District Attorney's Office. The interview was conducted on August 20, 2002 in Nashville, Tennessee. During the interview Siegel talks about the challenges, failures, and accomplishments he encountered in the field. He also talks about continuing the field's growth and professionalism and his vision for the future of the movement. This interview is part of the Oral History of the Crime Victim Assistance Field Project, which was funded in 2002 by a grant from the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. It is one of many projects developed by Justice Solutions, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing rights, resources, and respect for victims and communities hurt by crime.
