Today, I made an orange cake using oranges that are in cultivated a lot these days.

1. When boiling the orange slices, move the orange slices with chopsticks to cook evenly. If you use a wide fan, you can work more easily. Also, Remove moisture of orange as much as possible, so that the water of the orange, do not let the batter get wet or moist.
2. The 'butter condition' used for batter is important. Please use the Butter not too much soft or not so hard condition. Because it is made by creaming the butter, it is better to use a bit harder butter so that the bubbles can be captured well. When you press it with your finger, you can feel resistance force from the butter, that is good to use it.
3. When whipped sugar with butter, whip it well before add eggs. Add the sugar to the whipping time longer than when adding the egg time.
4. When creaming with eggs, add '4-5 times'. It can be easily separated by putting a lot of moisture at once! Divide it several times, and when the eggs are mixed well with butter, add more eggs and repeat. And whipping too long can cause separation, so whip only until it blends.
5. When add the powder and liquid to the butter batter, mix the powder and liquid alternately as much as possible without put all the ingredients at once. And the last step is a must be 'powder'.
When a large amount of ingredients are put in all at once, it is difficult to make stable batter compared to mixing with slow inflow. Repeat the process of adding and mixing the ingredients step-by-step to smoothly blend well to complete the batter stably.
