优格 yogurt 50ml
鲜奶油 whipping cream 25ml
全蛋 whole egg 1(50g+- per egg)
蛋黄 egg yolk 1
香橙汁 orange juice 25ml
玉米粉 cornstarch 1Tbsp
香橙皮 orange rind 1tsp
方模 Square mold 15cm x 15cm
摄氏150 / 华氏300 烘烤 25分钟
Bake at 150°C / 300°F for 25minutes
摄氏120 / 华氏250 烘烤 20-25分钟
Bake at 120°C / 250°F for 20-25minutes
冷藏 3小时 Chill for 3hours
