In this case, I propose the orange marmalade, made with the skins (which we know very well and are nutritious) and with the organic oranges from my garden
As we well know, oranges are rich in a vitamin that is fundamental for our life, vitamin C ... therefore it is essential and important to eat and make good and constant use of it
The peel of the orange, perhaps less known, is also very useful as it contains substances capable of alkalizing the body, reducing stomach acid ... in essence it rebalances the pH of the stomach
Usually I do it with all the skins, just to enrich the possibility of consuming the whole orange thus exploiting all its qualities
Then what can I say, in the morning a nice rusk with a little homemade jam is all to say
