Ingredients for Candied Orange Roll Cake
Part 1
● 2 large egg yolks
● Sugar 15 g.
● 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
● Sunflower Oil 40 g.
● 45 grams of freshly squeezed orange juice.
● All purpose flour or cake flour 60 g.
● Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
● Grated orange zest or orange flavor.
Part 2
● 2 egg whites
● Sugar 30 g.
● 2-3 drops of lemon or lime juice.
Bake in the oven at 180°C 12 minutes on the middle rack.
Tray size: 12.5 inches long, 9 inches wide
The eggs used are large. The total weight of the shell is 63-73 grams.

make candied oranges
For boiling brine to wash away bitterness
● Water 320 g.
● 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Boil for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
For making candied oranges
● Water 350 g.
● Sugar 150 g.
● Honey 2 tbsp.
Boil for 30 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the orange peel. Use medium-low heat for 30 minutes, add honey and boil for another 10 minutes.
