Potatoes - 28 oz (800 g)
Onion - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
To serve:
Sour cream
Smoked salmon
Dill
Preparation:
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Grate onions on a fine grater.
Mix the potatoes and onions, salt a little so that the potatoes give up more moisture.
Tip them into a sieve.
Squeeze out the starchy liquid with a spoon.
Return everything to the bowl.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
