Nestling in the foothills of Las Alpujarras this is a most charming property, full of natural appeal and great ´fengshui’. Situated in its own land, with wonderful open views, and the choice of two villages just 15 mins drive away. The finca is surrounded on three sides by woodland (oak) and on the fourth side the access track. The Alpujarreño style of the stone-built house is authentic, but being only 17 years old it is sturdy and earthquake resistant being constructed on its own concrete base. One of the reception rooms would easily be divided to make a computer room and a bedroom. It boasts a lovely slate floor throughout the house, and the entrance room has an attractive open-beamed and slate ceiling. The interior reception room is a large open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a Rayburn solid-fuel cooking range (it has a back-boiler - not fitted - which could be made to run radiators and hot water if needed).
