I'm a big fan of hardcore sequences like this. You're on a timer, need to do a series of hard tricks in one go, without any checkpoints on the way with a beautiful music in the background. One of my favourite setpieces in a video game ever. It comes out of nowhere and just hits you with this incredible sense of scope and speed that gets the blood pumping more than anything. The music keeps its loop even when you die, so the pace is never broken. My first experience of it had me on the edge of my seat as I tried and tried. At the end, you finally get to catch your breath until Kuro opens here eyes and the adrenaline kicks right back in as you're sent plummeting right back down. The scene just ends on a cliffhanger. Absolute masterpiece.

powerful song. What i get from this song and the escape from the tree, is how relentless nature is, capable of destroying both good and bad in its path

This soundtrack sounds like "don't give up mate, try again!" But in a beautiful and adventurous way. The first time I experienced this level is also the first time I actually "play games" on a pc/laptop and I'm not used with keyboard yet.

the great visuals, the great confidence boost you get when get to the main part of the song, the rush of ''oh shit lets dooooo thisssss'' energy, great song altogether and the spike of satisfaction when you complete it all in one neat package with a bow

Just binge played this and will of the wisps over a week. I have never been so terrified / mad / frustrated / happy / amazed / determined all at once ever in a game. I wish I could play this for the first time again. Achievement get "Run for your life" - huh?? OH GOD.

The music is amazing. In fact, it's so amazing that it makes me feel ashamed for wasting its amazingness on a sequence where I died 20 or so times.

So, just so we are clear... Beautiful, heartfelt soundtrack. Heart-rending, uplifting, motivating story Loveable, multi-sided characters. A memorable, deep villian. And this is the FIRST game from a NON-AAA studio on a SMALLER budget.

When I bought the game I was like... hey this looks interesting. When I started playing the game I was like... wow this is great! When I got to this particular part... I was in *awe* Such a fantastic track. It fits with everything that's happening. I didn't care that I died several times trying to get out. It just meant that I could hear more of this music. Thank you SO much for an extended version. I'm listening to this on repeat as I work and do chores. It motivates me to no end

My first time playing the game, I reached this point and was initially mad that there was an escape sequence. Then I started it. I was no longer mad. I love bash chaining so much. The Ginso Tree Escape in Bling=d Forest and the Volcano Escape in Will of the Wisps are my favorite parts of the games.
