Components:
Long "Basmati" rice - 1 kilogram;
Chickpeas - 150 grams;

Dried apricots - 50 grams;
Raisins - 50 grams;
Prunes - 50 grams;
Butter - 200 grams;
Saffron;
Salt;
Spices for pilaf (cumin, turmeric, barberry, black pepper);
Bay leaves - 3-4 pieces;
Lavash - 10 pieces.
Method of cooking:
Fry onions, carrots, dried fruits and meat in butter. Boil the meat for 30 minutes. Wash long Basmati rice well and soak in water for 1 hour. Then cook it for 12 minutes. Wash the rice well with boiling water so that it is crumbly.
Soak chickpeas for 8 hours, and then boil them for 20 minutes. We take pita bread. Cut out 1 star, and divide the others in half. Lubricate pita bread with melted butter and put it in a thick-walled pan. Pour rice, dried fruits, chickpeas, put meat and vegetables in the center, then add rice, chickpeas, barberry and cover the chess - pilaf with lavash. Cover and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at 356°F (180°C).
