1 kg of potatoes
1-2 bunches of green onions
1 bundle of radishes
* Vinaigrette (vinegar dressing):
200 ml cold water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon grated sugar
2-3 tablespoons plain white vinegar (table)
2-3 tablespoons of oil
