I live in the U.S. The Afang we have here is dry. It can never be the same as fresh Afang.

Lol! Mfi is not nutritious at all, the only nutritious ingredients are the afang and mmõńgmõńg ikong ( water leaf) Afang soup is very delicious buuuut really not nutritious.
