Because we, the residents, aren't used to doing really awful hard labor. That's why we picked 'em up son. America was founded by Columbus who brought residents of Great Britain to start a new colony here. Since the travelers came from Britain, I am sure as fuck that they weren't used to hard labor so they looked for alternative solutions, i.e blacks.

@saetGy By the way, the REVOLUTIONARY War happened in 1776. The CIVIL War happend in 1861. You know, the Civil War... The one where Americans fought themselves... "Are you talking about the Civil War? That was between us against Britain. I don't think we had a war among us in the US."

Ah, yes! The joys of living in Orillia. I've been here since 1985, and I love it. If you're blind and have no seeing eye dog, you can still find a Tim Hortons donut shop in 2 minutes or less here. Just walk in a straight line in any direction and you'll soon bump into one of them. Cops love this town too, eh? ;-)

Moving to Orillia 17 years ago, first thing I noticed was all the "teenage mommies". Nice song (sonds like a Lummer influence)hilarious lyrics, had to wipe the coffee I spewed off the monitor after "Tim Hortons every 40 feet" LMAO . Realize it's an older piece but keep them coming. Just stay away from the old dudes at the Legion.
