A psychologist says Oscar Pistorius should not go back to jail.
Professor Jonathan Scholtz is the defence's first witness to take the stand in mitigation of sentence. Scholtz was among the panel of doctors to examine the athlete when he was sent to the Weskoppies psychiatric facility in 2013 for a mental evaluation. This after it emerged in court that Pistorius suffered from a general anxiety disorder. Pistorius was released under house arrest in October last year after serving almost a year behind bars. He faces at least a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison for murder.
