Summary :- Osho said here that during meditation, don't ask verbally ''who am I?'' It must be a vague (unclear, hazy) idea, like a thirst. The question should have no words. This way, the mind will not answer. Let the question be a feeling that settles inside you. Without words you are entering an innocent space. The deeper you go, the more blissful the silence is. Not knowing oneself makes life meaningless. You can watch breath and thoughts moving inside with watchfulness (awareness). Don't get lost into what you are watching. But be watchful. Slowly, the watcher becomes more and more solid, stable and unwavering. A transformation happens. The things you were watching disappear. The watcher, itself, becomes the watched. You have come home!

Beloved friends, fellow travelers, It is such a blessing to have this incredible Master of masters available on these videos! Satsang, or Darshan, means being in the company of truth; or sitting at the feet of the master. Just drinking in his fragrance; his aura and energy. Being able to just absorb his presence, in his eyes and face, his hands moving so gracefully, is the greatest gift. Besides his beautiful words and wisdom. We are truly blessed. It is beyond everything else in the world 🌎; nothing is more precious. Nothing is a greater treasure than to have this amazing, enlightened human being to share in his company, and satsang. All love and gratitude beloved Osho 🕉

Superb. Similar to what JK said - The watcher is the watched, the observer is the observed. They say the same in different ways. We should not fight about them - he is like this, he is like that - one is correct, one is wrong - all this is not needed - they are spreading the wisdom, fragrance of their flowering. We should receive the fragrance and flower ourselves. No need to have conclusions, no need to judge them. Just one has to know oneself. That's it.

Sorry. But the context is totally different. When jk said about observer is the observed. He meant as you are right now ur ego which is observer and it observes everything including your thoughts and seperates itself from what it observes. But if there is observation of that ego/observer then u will find out that this ego or observer is also created by thoughts and thus it is thought only which creates a ghost entity called ego and then observes other thoughts and create duality. But if u watch carefully then u can see the game. But, osho here when he talks about observer then he is referring to watcher which after certain time slowly start observing himself thus watcher becomes watched or observer becomes observed. Osho here does not associate observer with ego or thoughts. This is just my understanding as I have deeply gone into this particular phrase of jk. But I am not claiming tht I am right or anything. Just my understanding.🙂🙏

@@shlabhjain The watcher is the watched, the observer is the observed. When JK said that, all other "teachers" were rendered useless after that. All of them. No other person has ever said that before nor is it in the Vedas. It's original and it is also the end. My understanding is had JK never said that or been found by Britain to be the "world teacher" then his recordings would never have existed and OSHO Sadguru and probably all others wouldn't be teaching. There's only 2 people in existence that are on the same tier as JK's observer is observed originality - Gautama Buddhas "The root cause of suffering is attachment" and Adi Shankar. All else are entertainers. Actors. Egos.

The "I" is an identity created by the mind to identify your body (physical) and persona (mental) in relation to this world and is often influenced by societal and religious doctrines, conditioning and expectations. The wonderful thing about 'meditation' is that with the right environment, breathing techniques, relaxation and some concentration, we shed away all that is the "I" and leave behind the only thing that is essentially the essence/soul within yourself - You have come home. In other words, there is no more "I" or "I" questions or any questions, just watching so slightly without mind or no-mind, just is - Centered and at peace.

I wouldn't want to underestimate anyone, but it's the foundation of Sadhguru's meditation that Isha Kria is literally based on this denial of body and mind. The whole procedure consists of two sentences "I am not a body.." and "I'm not even a mind" and so in a circle. When I started meditating, I was told to concentrate on the way I breathed through my diaphragm with a brief interruption of breathing after each inhalation and exhalation. No sentences were out of the question, but only to observe thoughts coming when you gradually calm your respiration. As Osho himself says we can feel another vibration in us but we can't possibly logically comprehend it, because it happens behind the mind.
