You have this great and rare combination of an engineering, teaching and artist brain. Thanks for the fun video!

One thing I like to do is to use my embossing powder tool to go over the burlap to get rid of the adhesive stickiness from where it shows through. In my house there would be dog hair stuck to it if I didn't use it lol.

Gorgeous card, I love the soft pastel colours that you used and the sentiment you used is beautiful. Also I think that the people who disliked the video/card must have been blind folded at the time when they touched the screen, I can’t see any other reason for touching that button 😳

I find that often the dislikes come from people who were looking for something completely different from card making. "Border" and "dies" - I leave it to your imagination.

I always seem to turn to pastel colors. Took me a while to realize. I think it is easier to color with light colors, when like me,who is not the greatest at coloring. I keep trying and have gotten a lot better. At least to me it I have. As long as we are happy, right?

you know, your picture reminds me of my daughter Bernadette, She is really talented in drawing, and piano playing. but when she draws she usually draws scenery. she does a great job, now she is teaching in a private school, she is 30 years old. but she looks a lot like you. isn't that amazing.

You have just made my life easier with your tip on using scrap paper to hold down the sentiment panel for magnets! Thanks so much!
@minikraut

If it's NOT a smooth circle, you can also fix the piece you cut your shape from with the magnets and pop the shape back into the hole. Not my idea, saw it on Jennifer McGuire's and GinaK's videos. When it's a smooth circle, the cut-out may turn a little and the second stamping may be off. But it works great for anything else.
