Considered the best represents House Bonville’s style. The Champagne is a near perfect expression of the Blanc de Blancs brings finesse and elegancy, and a beautiful minerality enveloped by smoothness.
Hints of white flower, white peach, and grapefruit notes. With a buttery mouthfeel and a smoothness and complexity that is truly a memory maker, this Champagne is sort of my first love.
This is an amazing aperitif that will leave an impression.

Terroirs: Avize Grand Cru & Oger Grand Cru
Dosage: 8,3 g/L
Side note: I did a review of the Franck Bonville Les Belles Voyes, Grand Cru. Sadly, this review was a total nightmare on my part (technical issues were abound on my part). This bottle has become impossible to find. That said it deserves a proper review, so when I find another bottle, expect a proper review.
