Please do more product placements. Seriously. You guys provide so much to your community already as it is, it should not be a big deal if you advertise your product. Especially if it's in the middle of a FREE video with VALUABLE knowledge. I suggest you guys do your product placements loudly and proudly without caring. No need to say "yes, another product placement" as if you're annoying people. The people annoyed by you mentioning you sell a product are the kinds of people that would never actually support you guys in the first place. I don't see anything wrong with you guys showing us how to do these things while simultaneously utilizing your own products for demonstration. In fact I would argue that's good marketing without the need to do traditional product placements like tv commercials or something that people skip anyway.

More "product placement" during training/teaching content would be appreciated so we can see the equipment in use and make a better informed decision for purchase.

Don’t be ashamed of your product placement. We are getting so much knowledge for free, I don’t think anyone the watches these videos would ever have a problem with a little advertisement. And if they do, fuck em. Also I’m not sure if it would help you guys in any way but I have a sawmill with unlimited access to lumber, mostly oak. Anyway I would love to build your 1,2,or 3 boards for free if you could use them. Comment for the algorithm!!

You could also get a 0.5-5 board set of bench blocks. They snap onto the bar like the shoulder saver but they are not an eliteFTS product but they are a good product

Best Pin Press tips I ever got were If you were doing them in a rack cut some pvc and slide them over the pins so it’s easier to reposition the bar and to alternate chain suspension if you have it (less joint rattling sort of like suspended Goodmornings vs Goodmornings to pins)

Put some screw hooks on the sides and attach bungie cord. Or wrap a band around your chest and put the board under it.

Bench is probably my weakest lift, I've found that training the antagonists e.g. with the barbell/Pendlay Row has helped me improve my bench too. The reverse pushup with resistance bands too, to help drive the bar off the chest which seems to be my usual sticking point. I was surprised not to see any triceps heavy movements or external rotation exercises or even the close grip bench. I've never tried benching without leg drive so will need to give that a go.
