Massive body roll incoming. Wothouth split valves/regulators the air will roll side to side filling the bag with less resistance and promote body roll. If you isolate the bags it will maintain pressure equally and reduce roll. This will of course with a simple set up require split gauges for each corner and independent switches. Good luck. Did this on a suped up Chevy s10.

@@510Redneck More drag in the longer lines. It's not about the pressures not being equal it's about the flow rate. Easier to push air through the shorter line so the flow rate is higher and the closer bags fill up first.

If you want to shut the noise down buy some rubber matting you can cut. I worked at a marine boating place and when installing pumps we used to cut strips for the mounting brackets and drill holes for the bolts to run through. Makes a huge difference and also because it vibrates you will want to use spring washers on the nut side or a nylock nut to prevent it from rattling itself loose

@dillonthomas4323

Whenever the system has power and pressure is more than 10% below the max setting (150psi is setting it comes with) the compressors will turn on. But it also has a low voltage cutoff, so when it detects the battery voltage dropping it cuts them off. When battery volts stabilize they turn back on. Only happens since car isnt running, usually they fill the tank then turn off until it drops below threshold again.

Why worry about the position of the controller? Just make every hose the same length and tuck away the surplus.

Good hose isn't cheap; why waste it when you can just be sensible about controller placement?

Couldn't you just cut your longest line and make them all that length?

Corneliu Codreanu Yeah but then you got extra line all over.

If you put some rubber bushings under the compressors mounting points, it will take away some of the noise.

Mount the compressor motor to the car using rubber bushings between the car and compressor itself! It will reduce that noise substantially!

Put some foam or brick of padding under the pumps and bolt it down THROUGH the material. That'll help quiet it down a decent amount. The bare metal shell that it's bolted to is just sending vibrations throughout the car and amplifying the noise. Can't look as cool when it turns on and sounds like someones deepfreezer from the 50's just turned on in the basement.

Pretty sweet. Needs 1/2 inch valves and airlines to make it raise and drop way faster

If you use equal lengths of hose, you can put the airlift box wherever you want.

You can get longer bags for more travel. And use one of the ports on your tank for an aux fill. Just in case your compressors crap out

Use the same length hose for both front and rear bags. Coil the extra hose in the rear so the lift the same.

Benefits of not laying out is when a bag blows u can still drive it home... put a Schrader valve on ur tank to fill if ur compressors stop working u can fill at a gas station in emergency... i got bags on my 81 malibu ice shanty...

For your transmission i highly suggest Pro Street Diesel out of Cairo, GA with a billet triple disc convertor from Diesel Performance Convertors. Can handle all the torque youll throw at it.

Upgrade to 1/2” line and a 200psi kill switch. Also compressor mufflers are super cheap. A heavy monster like that is gonna need all the help it can get to lift the front. All else fails throw a nitrogen bottle in the mix to have some real fun! My CTS had a nitrogen bottle for emergencies if my compressor crapped out and was running 200psi from dual Viair 444c’s through 1/2” so it was a good time and if you want it to sit a little lower cut the bag cups down
