Family Style Hibachi - Cook it with Tim
Cooking Hibachi for my family is one of our favorite go to meals that every one of them absolutely love. I will leave the cooking instructions up to the video to show you how to cook the meal. One thing to keep in mind, this is not authentic but its tasty and my family loves it.

Now, keep in mind you can certainly cook this in your kitchen in a large skillet but on a griddle is much easier.

Rice:
6 Cups of uncooked rice - Cook it and then let it cool and place it in the refrigerator overnight
5 Tbsp Cooking Oil cut in half (use at the beginning and half way)
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
6-8 Eggs - we use all 8 for this amount of food
1 Bunch of Scallion Bottoms diced
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 ¼ Cup of Soy Sauce cut in half (use half way and then to finish)
2-3 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Butter
Top with Sesame Seeds and Diced Scallions
Vegetables:
6 Zucchini sliced in three pieces
1 ½ Onions sliced into rounds
1 Head of Cabbage cut into steaks
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
4-5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
2-3 Tbsp Butter
Chicken:
4 ½ Lbs of Chicken (We did a combo of Thighs & Breast)
Salt & Pepper to season the chicken
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Butter
