Rutabagas/Swedes (Brassica napus) are root vegetables PACKED with nutrition and health benefits. Research suggests that rutabaga may help with:
Maintaining A Moderate Weight:
The fiber contained in rutabagas aids in digestion and the absorption of carbohydrates which stabilizes blood sugar and reduces weight.
