No joke, this comment is hands down the most important thing anyone has ever said to us on this channel... We honestly started this whole thing not really expecting it to "take off". We just viewed it for what it is, a bonding opportunity for both of us and something that enriches our relationship. To have someone credit us for reinventing anything, is to us, the absolute highest praise. It's Caley writing by the way (guy with beard) and I'm not ashamed to admit that your comment got me very emotional. Motivated me to work 10x harder on building this little corner of the internet into something truly special and something of value to others. I took a screenshot of your comment. I plan on having it framed some day as a constant reminder to trust our intuition and to speak our minds/souls as freely as we possibly can. Much love! - Caley & Gabi

In the sea of reaction channels, even tho some of them are really good and funny, seeing someone actually trying to experience and understand the art of movies and their message to more depth rather than just watching it and saying "yeah it was cool" as well as the podcast-ish outro is a breath of fresh air and something that gives "reaction" content actual meaning and value. I also hope your goal of bonding and enrichment (which is honestly more important than what people on the internet think) will come to fruition. A fun fact: the watch Spider Punk leaves for Gwen isn't his standard one from Spider Society. It's a custom one, built by Spider Punk himself. After all, we see him stealing tech parts fron Society HQ while he's talking to Miles. And while normal watch can be deactivated by Miguel (Gwen couldn't use hers after she was sent home), the Punk's version doesn't have this limitation. Truly fitting to his anarchist vibe.

Our lives can be unexpecting and life is short but we can change it because it is our destiny. To fulfill our destiny, your mind must have peace stay with your soul or your heart. We all have our sad, angry, and stressing moments in our lives but you can change it like going to a mind and soul journey ourselves. I lost all my stress and depression because I made a mind journey and I think of my happy memories to make a crossroads of a future life. Each path is different and it doesn't matter you choose. You are perfect and stronger and that's why you are here. Yourself is perfect no matter what others say because they chosen their own path. Our ancestors chose their lives and you can too. Your destiny is a path of pure kindness and heart that you can choose. Your heart chooses everything and be thankful to your self. Our destiny or your journey will make us choose who we are. Sometimes it can be hard, but hey, it's worth it. Yourself is the journey of all things.

I really wish and hope that Beyond The Spider-Verse is at least 3hrs long and probably gets a PG-13 rating maybe if they want to, making it the film Sony Pictures Animation film to get a PG-13 rating. I really hope we get to see some live-action sequences with Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Zendaya, Emma Stone, Bryce Dallas Howard, Kristen Dunst, Marisa Tomei, Sally Field, Rosemary Harris, Thomas Haden Church, Rhy Ifans, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina, Willem Defoe, and especially Nicholas Cage as Spider-Man Noir (I also hope he returns to reprise the role in a live-action series of Spider-Man Noir as a live-action verison) I also heard that Hailee Steinfield wants to return as a live-action verison of Spider-Gwen. If it does happen, I also hope Emma Stone and Bryce Dallas Howard returns as Gwen, but as Spider-Gwen in a different universe. I also hope Miles Brown play a live-action Miles Morales with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man as his mentor, and I think that Caleb McLaughlin should play a live-action Spider-Punk with Daniel Kaluuya as Spider-Punk and Shameik Moore as Miles Morales in a different universe. We need Spider-Man 4 with Tobey Maguire, Kristen Dunst, Rosemary Harris, Alfred Molina, Willem Defoe, and Thomas Haden Church coming back, and Amazing Spider-Man 3 with Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone as Spider-Gwen, Jamie Foxx, Rhy Ifans, Denis Leary (even though he died in the first film), Paul Giamatti and Sally Field

In Spot's flashback you actually see the spider making it's way towards Earth 42 Miles. Also there is a hint in the first movie that Miles would become his dimension Prowler when he meets Spider-man (RIP). When they "spider sense" each other, Miles's starts off green and purple (Prowler's colors) and Peter's are red and blue (Spiderman's colors) and then Miles's changes to red and blue. It does make sense, with his relationships to his uncle and father, not to mention trying to get kicked out of Vision Academy

I don't understand why people are on Miles' side so easily. Miguel obviously has something wrong about the conditions that cause universes to collapse, but at the end of the day, they are still dealing with the unknown. Letting Miles act freely still means gambling with billions, if not TRILLIONS of lives, if an entire universe collapses. I'm not sure how he can be so stubborn about saving his father if there's a possibility he could lose everyone as a result
@TomTomi-jb6gm
Жыл бұрын
@cherylhutcherson2941 Basically, just straight up saying that one side is 100% right and the other is totally wrong, makes no sense for the movie plot. I hope they are both right, because making Miguel and the whole spider society being wrong, will make everyone in the society look like idiots. Just tp make Miles be right in the end, is kinda dumb, but he is the main character so I wouldnt be surprised if they step on every character in the show, just to make his motives and point more valid. I hope they wont go in that direction, make them both equally right and wrong.

I think you would be singing a different tune if it was your loved ones who had to die for the “greater good”. Miles is trying to save everyone. @@TomTomi-jb6gm I think they are setting it up so that the spider society WILL be wrong about “canon events”. Gwen figures this out when her dad quit being captain. She realized that trauma is not always necessary and this is what motivates her to fight back against the society and try to save Miles. However, I don’t think that the Spider Society being wrong would make them “idiots”. They would still have VERY understandable reasons for thinking the way they do. Most of them have gone through unbearable trauma and tragedy during their time as spider-men and women (through losing loved ones). It is easy for them to follow an ideology which suggests that the horrible losses they have all collectively experienced, happened for a good reason. It allows them to bury their guilt over what happened and not have to actually work through it. They could have the Spider Society be wrong without it compromising the complexity of the story
@jameslough6329

@@cherylhutcherson2941 Miles IS in the right tho. Recall what Captain America said in Infinity War about one life not standing in the way of saving millions, “but it should”. Miguel and the spider society have no concrete proof that their theory is correct. Granted they are making educated guesses based on their personal experiences. But that should not mean they get to dictate who lives or dies based on a theory that has not been proven. Even Miguel looks VERY hesitant after Gwen questions whether they are the “good guys”. He hesitates for a long time before saying “we are” in a very unsure tone of voice. He then turns away with a look of guilt on his face. Even Miguel doesn’t know for sure whether they are truly doing the right thing. That should tell you all you need to know.

43:13 Okay. History lesson: Miles Morales debuted in comics in 2011, shortly after that, Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) was on a show in NBC called “Community” and in one of the episodes, he appeared on screen wearing Spider-Man pajamas (this actually helped in the final version of how Miles looked in comics). This scene is briefly referenced in Into the Spider-Verse Around this time, The Amazing Spider-Man movie with Andrew Garfield was being made. An online campaign (Donald for Spider-Man) was started to have Donald Glover play Spider-Man because of his scene in Community. However, of course, Andrew Garfield ended up with the role. Fast Forward to 2014, Disney’s show “Ultimate Spider-Man” does a 4-part special (coincidentally titled “The Spider-Verse”) where Spider-Man fights Green Goblin across several dimensions (side note: we also see Spider-Man Noir for the first time outside of comics in this special). In Part 3, Peter meets Miles Morales for the first time. Who voiced Miles in this episode? Donald Glover. Fast Forward to 2017, Spider-Man Homecoming comes out. There’s a scene where Spider-Man interrogates a man in a parking lot who was buying weapons. That man was played by Donald Glover. In that scene, Glover’s character says he doesn’t want the weapons in the city because he “has a nephew living in the area”. In a deleted scene, we hear his on the phone telling his nephew (named Miles) that he won’t make it (meaning that he’s Uncle Aaron, aka the Prowler in the MCU). Fast Forward again to 2023, and we get this scene with Donald Glover as The Prowler.

First, don't worry or apologize about crying. Personally, I watch reaction channels to see people.... reacting. Feeling emotions. It's super fine and super okay. I think it's neat how the movie shoes our experiences influence our decisions. Coming our to her father didn't turn out so well for Gwen, so she advised Miles to not do it. Miles was already conflicted about it, and he wasn't there to hear his father's speech, to learn that he could trust them. What I love is that Miguel's theory is basically that Spider people are defined by their trauma. And Miles goes against it. Also the little details, how Hobie was collecting parts to build his own bracelet, or the animation on earth 42 was slightly different and Miles was wearing a purple hoodie. Every time you watch this movie there's something new to learn! Movies make us feel things and sometimes the most random scenes makes us emotional. Donald Glover briefly showed up in Tom Holland's Spider Man movie. He said he has a nephew who lives in Brooklyn, which could mean he's Mile's uncle - aka, the Prowler in that scene. ^^

I feel so sorry for Miguel lol,He needs to help himself first before trying to help the multiverse,Miguel is what happens when a spider man is Broken without the optimism, Which is completely understandable considering his life was way more harder and messed up than most spider men,He also has a lot of pressure and burdens and expectations he has to live up to,The fact that He is still trying to stick to the Right Thing for the greater good as he sees is impressive

When you are talking please pause the video. It's irritating to see the amount of nice dialogues you're missing out.

I don't like how Miguel projects all his mistakes and insecurities on to Miles. He says Miles is the OG anomaly, but Miguel was the first one to f up another universe lol. He's directing all his anger at someone else when really, he's just angry at himself.

If you look up marvel 1610 madame web it kimd of looks like gidiance counselor. The only issue is that Madame web is wheel chair bound and can't see, so it makes me think that madame web is using the gudiance counselor like a avatar, and apparently you can see a pic of spot in the background.

childish gambino is the thug in the tom holland spider man movies; he is depicted as the prowler in spider-man across the spider verse; meaning we may get a real life miles morales spiderman movie; youm have to watch all the live action spiderman movies in the order of Toby Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and finally tom holland to get the connected story lines.

I believe Spider-Women already had the baby. When Gwen and miles were swinging through the city she mentioned to miles she has been in the spider society for months and when we first seen spider-women she already look like she about to drop no time soon

Love your reaction, the part where Miles have a vision where the Spot become powerful and he and Miles become nemesis. Hobie told Miles to use his palms to break free. Miguel mentioned if Miles wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider, his Peter Parker would've lived. Margo saw Miguel stopping Miles from leaving, so she let Miles go and Miles meet Earth 42 Miles who is the Prowler
