@@ImaSurvivorSanctuary I'm not sure you will see this or not but my family owned a pond business for years and you need to get an aerator in those ponds along with your chemicals you use. ( a floating fountain in the middle) that recirculates the water in the pond! If you do this in all your ponds you shouldn't have any issues. You also may need to dredge your ponds if there is a lot of decomposition in the bottom of it. Your pond at Longhorn Lesters will probably get like this eventually. The depth of these ponds may also be causing this. Your ponds need to be deep as you get towards the center. You can also put straw in a pond at the worst in and it will collect the algae for you then you clean it out of the pond. Please reach out! I will be more than glad to help you out! We deal with pollen bad here in KY as well.

Water fountain in the middle that sprays up, and when the water comes down, the splash of the water, will push the pollen to the edge of the pond, and you can scoop it out with a net like a pool net. They do have that kind of gizmo that you don’t need electric.

Algae eating carp I believe. Dad had problems too and even had goldenrods growing in his small pond when he bought the property. He had a larger pond built and the small pond’s over flow went into the big pond. You can buy the carp from a one of USDA fisheries.

This just breaks my heart. I'm so sympathetic to pain in humans and even more so in animals. When your heifers are giving birth I cringe thinking the labor pain they're in and they have to endure the pain without anything for birthing pain. It makes me cry. 😢 Lester, I remember at one time you were telling people NOT to send packages to LHL cause the packages were being left at the gate by the road. Maybe that's why they continue to send packages for you and Jami to ISS.. not meant to be rude. God continue to enrich you both with blessings! ❤❤

Good afternoon Lester. Dinky Daryl survived his procedure after all his ornery defense of not wanting to go. He will be better off with it being done. Hey Lester! Here in Nevada, Lake Mohave has what they call algae blooms that look just like that. It happens when the water is very warm and stagnant. From what I understand it is very harmful to animals(dogs) and people. They always say do not let pets or people swim in the algae blooms.

Dear Lester, Annemie here. It looks like you have plankton on your pond. Even though you do not have so many ducks and geese anymore, their animal waste is still on the bottom of the pond, as it takes a while to disappear. Plankton looks often slimy and gross, but it is animals food. The ducks will eat some, and some you will have to scoop off with a net. I think as time goes by, you will have less plankton as you have less ducks and geese. 💖
