One last relic leaving the cabin. We're kind of relieved a neighbor a few miles down the road wanted it. You'll see why inside!
It's chili cook-off time in our little mountain town, so we smoke a brisket and try our best at a smoked brisket chili. As the brisket smokes we use the time to cut a few trees, allowing more light in and reducing fuels around the cabin.
