Do you clock the rings before installing or just send ? I guess it doesnt matter too much on something that runs such a short time.

You have to clock them regardless. It would cause blow by problems With how much boost they run. You need to keep the boost in the combustion chamber and not in the crank case!

Whats the longevity of the billet bock you guys run? At what 1600hp? Just wondering how long they last compared to a sleeved unit. Obviously longer but how much longer?

we make around 2200HP. The life span depends on the damage like throwing a rod through the block, although sometimes repairable can end the life of the block. But for the most part they are bullet proof.
