I remember bracket racing against that truck when Mike D. (R.I.P) owned it (he was part of the team that originally built it), it ran 6.30s (in the 1/8 mile) from what I can remember..good to see it still going as well as the legendary Sanair dragstrip! Thanks for the video!

Wow! Max, you know I'm lovin' the old school racing family. I was thinking before he said it, "That's a flying brick!" Bob's all about his business. I can see him winning a trophy and saying, "keep it, that's not what I came for." 😂

Haha so true I could see that too. Shows you how old school is cool. Love that older generation true men to look up to hah

So from 20:39 right to the point of 29:24 you put a great story together. Nice sound design in there leving us wondering what's he going to do. With anticipation of the problem bilding up. To a good end to the troubled Bobby speed. It was great work. The rest was entertaining filer giving us some background. Lots of work I can tell. The given time stamp is where I'm most entertained. ❤

100% agree with you on where it's interesting (emotionally invested). Did try to keep the earlier parts due to the value they bring but yeah 20 mins is where it really gets going. Yeah this was a big episode to do but really happy we were able to share Bob's story. Thanks again

Thanks, man. I figured I was being a pain in the butt so I took it down. You have a lot on your mind, and I think you understand most everything you need to know at this point. You don't need me to have an opinion all the time. I'll cut down on the info. You know what to do. At this point, you need time and people to bring you those stories. I'll be around, though. I realize I can not keep saying stuff when I don't know you.

Actually Caleb quite the contrary. I very much enjoy your comments and feedback it's because of your comment on the christmas video we sat down and re-designed how we are going to do Between the Wheels this year. Your comment helped us more than any other and gave us a perspective we didnt see before (Make the show more value based, education more and way less personal story). Saw your comment but was so busy that weekend didnt want to half-ass the response so didnt get to it until a few days later and poof it was gone. Keep leaving your feedback we are loving it over here you are the best brother! Thanks for your support @@CalebGibbsAvenue

@SubdivisionAuto comments are emotional. I'v been studying myself and others seeking my own way in youtube. It be nice if we were friends in person.

Great story Max. You captured the heartache of a bad day in drag racing that we've all had. You had me choking up for Bob. What a cool dude he is. A true drag legend in the eyes of anyone who has met him.

Blayne your comment makes me happy on levels we have not achieved yet on this show. Bob's story made personally emotional and editing that I was trying to be really careful to present it property (editing, music, pace etc). After working on this one for so long (this episode too way longer to edit than most) I believe we achieved the idea as every time id watch Bob's ending scene it made me personally emotional. But that said it's one thing for me to feel a way and another for others to feel the same. I had no idea if we could achieve this so seeing your comment really made my day. I am glad the story of Bobby speed was able to make you feel this way. Thanks for the awesome comment.
