I'm curious if its possible to create an incident management form. So the tech support open the form, select if its an outage/partial delay or issues resolve (radio button) and then have a couple of text boxes describing the incident and then a box for what users are affected. Would it be possible to ensure that an option is selected? The tech support can reopen the form and send it but with an updated status? Or would they have to create a new form?

Nice tutorial, but i was wondering - is it possible to apply this for to an email you are forwarding to somebody? Say im forwarding an email from person A to person B. I dont want person B to be able to reply to that email How can you modify what Outlook does when you click Forward button?

I tried the same on calendar but the template is not templated .. its fixed and you can only work with P.2-4
