Pretty much the way I do mine,but I skip the liquid smoke and finish them for 15 minutes at medium heat on the grill. Now I know how to make them if the weather won't allow me to grill.😁

You never mentioned the temp. the oven setting needed to be at for preheating.

Sobald man Öl auf das Fleisch gibt sind alle Poren verschlossen und kein Gewürz dringt in das Gewebe ein. Erst würzen und ein paar Stunden einziehen lassen,dann das Öl drauf geben um das Fleisch zu schützen.
