I worked as a cleaner. Instead of saran wrap, we used a black garbage bag. so just place a garbage bag flat on the cleaner. probably cheaper than saran wrap. and then also another trick is spraying your racks and putting them inside of garbage bags. Also if you remove the oven door when you spray the inside you can put a garbage bag across the front of the oven to kind of seal it up.

PLEASE READ - I am editing this up front in the hopes that it will be read. I use the Aldi dishwashing tablets. I believe Aldi is in England, America and all over Europe but not Canada. However not to worry, if you go your local scab shop, I am sure you can find very cheap dishwashing tablets. They have two sides only and have no 'balls/bubbles' to aid rinsing etc. A cheap tablet will usually have a white side and a blue side. It is the blue side you want or the 'water' side. This is the thinnest side of the tablet. You don't need to push on it hard at all. If one does push hard, the tablet will fall apart. I wish I had known about this when I was a full-time cleaner. I used to be a cleaner. 13 years and I wish I had known about this hack I am about to tell you. Cheap (must be cheap) dishwashing tablets will cut through anything an oven can throw at it like a hot knife through butter. Just spray the surface with a tiny bit of water and used the blue or 'water' side of the tablet (this is the thinnest layer) and save yourself time, product and elbow grease. It is also great for burnt pots, hard to clean Pyrex and I once used it on an iron. One must be careful to thoroughly clean the holes of the iron which was relatively easy with the steam setting. Please give it a go, you will not regret it.

My bad, use some gloves and gently just rub the tablet all over what you need washed. You don't need elbow grease at all. It must be the cheap tablets that don't have a soft top on it. I used Gumption then Jif for years before I found this hack. Not sure where from but it's not mine though I wish I had thought about it years before.@@crystalheart5484 Also, spray the water first.

Reminds me of me cleaning the rotisserie machine at the deli I worked at. I was one of three employees that truly cleaned it each night, and I was the only one that scraped off the years of grime from the vents. Took me like 8 shifts over 3 weeks to get it all off once I devoted to the cause, the Grease-lift fumes still live in my soul. Nothing but wipe-all towels, a paint scrapper, a scrubber pad, the deli disinfectant spray, and Grease-lift, but I got the half inch of black off the vents.

Another helpful hint hopefully it turn the oven on low for a few minutes turn it off, then you're going to want to make sure you apply some hot water, then some product and shut the door because of the warm tea will have humidity which will keep it wet and you don't have to worry about using anymore plastic in this world give it a good 5-10 minutes let the product do what it's supposed to❤ it's just hard for a lot of us to do but it is very beneficial you'll scrub a lot less which it keep your surfaces dealing with less abrasion😊 good video
