Thank You Chari for performing Your High Jump again, pushing thru it and making it, You did Magnificent, so Beautiful and Graceful, I am Impressed.... When i was 10 , i cleared the 117 but when they raised it to 129 i knocked the bar off twice. I think i had a mental block too... Everyone seemed to be going higher than me, all jumping differently... i ran up to the 129 many times but i couldn't do it. I dont know how high i can jump today, i need to check. I dont think i could make the 171 though, it would seriously surprise me if i even came close, i Love You So Much Chari💜💜💜

Reminds me of an interview of former World Superbike legend Carl Fogarty. He said that he broke his wrist when he fell in a turn, and it absolutely hurt like hell. Foggy also said that if you don't forget that pain - whatever it may be - you will never get over that mental block, and you will never be able to replicate the same high-mastery skill. love your beaming smile, btw 🤗

Chari now that Olympics are over can you try every track skill with your left side? I have this crazy idea that if you train your weak side your strong side will get stronger. Coaches say that it would mess you up to train your weak side but I disagree. I think it'll make you more balanced and therefore stronger. Left and right are twins. Why are you overfeeding the right side and starving the left side? I can tell you that I do ambidextrous track and field just for fun and because I'm a experimenter in physical conditioning. Dancing is very balanced it's very both sides so when I took up javelin and explosive start and long jump I always do my weak side my left side more than my strong side. The underfed twin thanks me. It feels so good to throw a javelin with my left side! It's amazing.

I done school competition for the high jump. First and second are fail but the thirth one i change style of jump cause my legs are so tired😔and fail again. My couch told me why i change style😅my nutritions when competition are not good cause we always have the competition after our final exams. With luck of sleep, stay all night for exams, drink too much coffee. Im supprised even when i was sick i managed won the first place for my sprint at the school competition without wearing a running shoes.i always runs my sprint without a shoes cause i cant efford expensive light weight shoes.

The first two attempts you took 7 steps (5 strides & 2 mini steps) at the end. The mini steps didn’t allow you to trust up to get lift to bring your legs up and over the bar. But on your third attempt you did 5 strides which allowed you to thrust up to get the lift you needed to clear your legs calmly over the bar. Well done.

There's also the emotional disruption that follows achieving a lifelong dream that is a new thing in the subconscious. This is why becoming a champion at the highest levels is a multi-step process - you have to keep making "home" out of a new platform (mentally). Your greatest accomplishments are just ahead.
