Although everyone gets tired, highly conditioned athletes may believe tiredness is a sign of weakness. The key is to maintain a higher level of performance than your opponent when you are both tired. That's why we practice the way we do at camp. Each time you practice under the pressure of fatigue, you get a little better at it. Then, when it's time to compete, you know you've done it before, and you can do it again.
