at .35 in the centre of the screen to the right of the shard is one of my workplaces nd at 1.08 just above centre is another. often watch the planes flying past

@@paulqueripel3493 The parks and gardens in central London started off as Royal hunting grounds, time passed the city expanded around them and they became the city's parks, that's pretty much it. Best wishes :)

I have only been to England once (from the U.S.), but we did a similarly low approach into Heathrow and I have the videos of all the landmarks as we came in - such an awesome introduction to London!

London has many trees and parks, looks unreal compared to others capitals.I recognize the Oval at 0:44 , vauxhall , i started there.

I'm assuming it's the "New York" of England. Hopefully 1 day I can visit. I've heard many experts claim that America is entering an economic depression until 2024 so when air plane tickets go low I will go!

`Always amazes me the lower one gets whilst coming into land the higher the ground speed appears to be - whilst the opposite is true. Watch - you`ll see.

Wow! Somebody remembers the late great Ronnie Lane! In case you didn't know, his home town of Plaistow in east London named a street after him, called... RONNIE LANE.

Stop the video at 1:08 and look at the top of the picture, in between the clouds. Running cross the top, left to right, is a dark mass ( trees and the mall ). In its centre, is a round white circle with what looks like a white point in its centre ( Queen Victorias monument ). Buckingham Palace is to the left of it.

YES - Sadly the English don't seem to care too much, storing that amazing aircraft in a long forgotten unseen corner of Heathrow. Google to see how the French have decided to display that aircraft at Charles de Gaulle airport!!!
