Glorious sound, very strong and slightly dark! Also the overhead video works great, the only suggestion could be to have a filter on the video more connected with this amazing sound, something more like "Night Rain". Keep up the good work ;)

Well this vid deff rock solidified my decision to get the zoom pedal, :) I have the all 3 volcas except the FM, and I already tried effects thru a laptop setup but it's too clunky so this pedal will be a great addition to a portable smaller setup :D

Man it is seriously impressive that you did all of this without a proper mixer or aux loop, great work

Haha thanks a lot! It was quite a challenge, I hate the fact that at the time I didn't have a mixer hence the track is quite noisy and frequencies disturb each other a bit. Despite that I'm glad many liked the result anyway!

wow, I could do the wakeman solo from "Starship Trooper" over these changes :-) Very nicely done, Nicholas! Love your judicious use of the Sample to add rhythm and the upper range of the Bass to add another voice. Entertaining!

Doctor Steve thanks a lot! These comments made my day 😊 Yeah I often try to use the Bass as lead, especially using one oscillator only while the other two are grouped together playing further notes too. It's a fun and rewarding way of live playing it.

Nicholas Valbusa yehh I love it man. I've only just picked up the bass and FM, so trying to get to grips with it. I'm guessing you're using the keys for bass more than the actual bass?
@squallstar

Tony Learoyd yeah that's it, I use the Keys for all my basslines as it's more warm and grungy. It's also less suited as you can have 4 bars hence longer duration than the bass (unless you keep it out of sync or you have a fancy multiplier for the clock)

Nicholas Valbusa thanks for that man, I've actually not thought about using the keys as a bass 👍 I'll try and come up with some more tracks and make some more videos. I've subbed you, looking forward to some more inspiration from you 👍👍

Nice! I'm looking into getting that pedal plus a Zoom camera so I can make some jam vids. What camera do you use? Cheers!

Nice jam & setup! New to it & having a great time with the keys, bass, beats and just now added the multistomp. The 3 Volca's work perfect with a splittercable, but with the Zoom I cant seem to get all 3 Volca's with proper volume. So you have Volca's > passive mixer > Zoom (> audio interface > phone) ?

For this track I used the RockStar 5-Jack 3.5 mm Audio Headphone Splitter and it worked perfectly despite volumes being low for recording and it introduced some humming. Nowadays I have a Behringer mixer and it's much better since I can control all volumes one by one and gain too.

What cables did you use for the zoom? What volca did u plug it into etc? Just bought keys and beats, getting bass and pedal next. Any set up info would be great!

All Volcas are going into the Zoom pedal via a passive mixer, check the description of the video as I have included plenty of info! :) You should definitely get both the Bass and the Zoom pedal, they're incredible for the price!
