Great intro and the music during this was amazing. Really great angles of the driving areas and a wonderful perspective of how this drive is. Thank you! ❤️👍👏 Donovan & Jodi

Thank you so much for watching and for the kind words. It was a lot of work for sure. Part one. We did pretty good on part two. We were so tired we didn't spend too much time on it but tried our best lol. It was a really great trail. I hope when you guys do it with the family. You have a really great time

Big trucks can have fun too. I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4 long bed extension cab when it mined taking mine up through some of that type of stuff and I do have a canopy as well so can't wait to get that built out

Incredible video! Rimrocker Trail is one of my bucket list journeys, but numerous have told me that my Ford Expedition is too wide for the trail . . . After watching your video I now I can traverse Rimrocker with no issues! BTW, fellow Texan here - Houston/Galveston area.

Hey my Texas friend! I lived in Katy and Spring for a bit. What part of Houston are you in? Yep, you should be fine in an expedition as long as you take a chain saw or something in case you find trees a acrosss the path. Thanks so much for the kind words about the video! When ya plan on going!?

@@FatMatAdventures I live in League City. An electric chainsaw in my tool/supply arsenal. At this point, the soonest I could do Rimrocker would be Fall, 2022. Last year I built a slide-out kitchen system and sleeping platform in the back of my Expedition, and I'm rebuilding it after discovering some changes/upgrades I want to make. My ultimate goal is go full-time overlanding/camping in the near future.

@@overlandexpedition4656 oh man that would be awesome to go full time!!! An expedition is a great vehicle to set up as an overlanding vehicle. I wish you the best of luck and you should do some filming and put some of that on your KZitem channel that would be amazing I would love to see that!

Great video! Loved some of the stops showing the tin cans and what not! We're looking at doing the Rimrocker this coming weekend on our way out to the San Rafael Swell and I'm glad to see the river crossing is fairly low at the moment. Thanks for the great overview! Can't wait to check out Part 2.

Thanks for the video. Do you think this trail is wide enough for a two door Jeep with a small overland trailer? From the looks of it it seems to be wide enough. Thanks
