I absolutely suck at fatigue management and progressive overload. I feel like I either don't make any progress or go too hard and immediately burn out. I will try to get the app, hopefully an AI can tell me wtf is going on with my body...

what do you call overload? from what % of RM onwards is considered overload?

Incoming opinion - Overload is dependent on the mechanism. I.e., for hypertrophy, there would be a focus on increasing training volume, usually through upping the number of sets. Since you asked about %, we know that muscle can be built with a variety of %s of 1RM, so that plays far less of a role. As far as intensity overload, it would refer more to the average weight on the bar. Of course, expressing strength is a skill so heavier practice usually means improvements in heavier attempts, but generally I imagine weights would range between 70-85%, with the average climbing over the training period. What constitutes a specific overload? I guess that depends more on what the athlete needs/is prepared for.

Vaguely put overload is the amount stimulus required within an exercise, workout, training week, etc. to elicit the desired adaptation. It is variable according to goals and the amount of stimulus required changes often throughout one’s training career.

I am wrapping up a 12 week cycle this week. Is there any rough ETA for how long it will take to get into Weightlifting AI? Mainly wondering if I should start another 8 to 12 week program or not.
