The highlighted beer is Mike's favorite style, American Cream Ale. It's a simple blend of Pilsner Malt and Pale Malt supplemented with some flaked corn/maize.
This beer drinks light and crisp and when done well is a perfect replacement for most lawnmower style beers and even some mass produced American Lagers.
