this is exactly my issue, overstriding. I realized this after recording some videos and when knee pain and hip pain after running for a race like Hyrox. Ive been following your Instagram and I hope these videos on KZitem help me understand how to fix overstriding, thank you

Is it possible to damage knees just by walking? I walked 2 hours a day for a couple weeks and my right knee is hurt. The pain does not go away, the most stubborn injury I ever had. Is avoiding overstriding during walking possible? I am applying all the solutions possible.

Were you walking fast? Hills? Uneven terrain? New shoes? You didn’t damage but can be inflamed.
