Wakayama Station 8:30 minute rapid train bound for Tennoji JR West 225 series 5100 train
At Izumi Sunagawa Station, I pass the Kishuji Rapid Service bound for Tennoji, which departed five minutes ago.
The journey time is 58 minutes only on the holiday schedule, making it the fastest train other than limited express trains.
I have the impression that the Kishuji Rapid is faster (even though I live in Osaka, I thought so), but the Kishuji Rapid does not stop at every station between Wakayama Station and Hineno Station.
Most of the Kishuji Rapid trains connect with the Kansai Airport Rapid Service at Hineno Station and connect to the Osaka Loop Line, but the Rapid trains only stop at Tennoji Station.
Please note that this photo was taken handheld, so there are many imperfections.
