I have always been a loner throughout my whole life, I have been a career and giver to society, have had periods of sadness, but overall I’m happy within myself .Now in old age I have had to overcome isolation, and now accept my life The transition from work life to retirement has taken several years to adapt Yes everyone is different ❤

Alex, we are NEVER alone, though we might sometimes be lonely. Your mother at the very least is there at your birth! In addition to her, everyone has a contingent of non-physical beings both at birth and at death. Covid lock downs for me were actually the best case scenerio. I was taking care of my elderly mom. By state gov decree we were fine to walk outdoors. With a 90 year old people gave us about 30 feet. Other than organizing food shopping, it was not so different. We able to visit with others out of doors. Her church group came and sang to her while she was on the patio. A video of that is so lovely.

Great guest! Would Love to hear a deeper dive into his teachings. Hopefully there is a link but I will look into his book or more of his 3 path psyche integration. As a team, my husband & I have moved well together thru most of these archetypes but parts of ourselves seem to be stuck in different aspects of the journey. Different stages seem to have little Velcro hooks that pull us backwards during stressful times. Wish there were ways APPLY the teachings at the correct moment. Humans need a “self instruction Manuel”…. Reading or listening SO EASY….. doing what we know, SO hard

I haven’t had a chance to watch this interview, but I’m hoping Alex will see my comment. You asked my question to someone in an interview, but I felt the answer was unclear and I’m hoping you can ask it again to a channeler. My question is: If someone agrees to come to earth and play the “bad guy” role to help someone else evolve, how is that looked at in the life review after they die? While they are alive is their soul still trying to come back to love? Or is it paused for that lifetime to assist another’s growth? Hopefully that makes sense.

My opinion…. we are co-creators. Life is rather like a buffet. Yet, at times, there seems to be an internal urging to choose a certain thing. Things or circumstance seem to be gifted or presented. It might feel like a coincidence but is it really?? Therefore, one creates their life daily by the choices they make. And there is always a choice. The beauty is the day you decide to make a DIFFERENT choice than yesterday

Interesting fact about Shawshank Redemption. Firstly, I re-watched it with my 22 year old this year as we decided to drive 16 hours to Zihuatanejo (the place in the photo) from our home in Mexico. My son hadn't watched it before and he loved it!! And agree the movie is very much about HOPE. We drove there and also researched about the end scene as didn't think it looked like the same place. AND NO it isn't, and it was filmed in the Caribbean the last scene, no idea why the said Zihua in the movie, maybe it sounded exotic lol.
