This is a very delicious and rich-tasting meal... Oxtail Lasagna. When you make it, place give yourself time. It took about 7 hours total and that does not include the seasoning overnight part. Cooking oxtail takes about 3.5- 4 hours, then you have to let it cool before you take the meat off the bones. To make and bake the lasagna is about another 1 hour, but trust me it is well worth it.

Ingredients:
Oxtail (I use 4-5lbs)
Vinegar
Lime
Yellow Onion
Green Onion
Browning
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Garlic
Thyme
Oxtail Seasoning
Allspice
Lasagna:
No Bake Lasagna (1 box)
Ricotta- 15oz
Egg
Parsley
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Cheese Blend Cheese
Pizza Blend Cheese
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes and then place under broiler until brown and bubbly. Let stand for 10 mins before cutting. Enjoy!
