2 of the greatest. Gary was made for tv even here. So confident. Keith really did pass the torch to him. Gordon hasn't done a great deal for british cooking. It was these guys that put us on the map culinary wise.

I've only just heard of Mr Rhodes' sad passing, then I coincidentally found this video on one of my regular Keith Floyd binges. RIP to both fine gents. Bless. May you both be cooking and sipping fine wines together in the next place!

I was only just thinking 'I wonder what happened to Gary Rhodes?' as I haven't him on TV for years, then I read your comment. I had no idea he'd passed away. It really is a shame, as we've lost two great British chefs.

IN THE united states, oxtail is typically beef tail and quite pricey considering you're mostly purchasing bones. but oh the marrow produces a lovely gelatinous mouth feel. lush

@@TheSnowballEarth So that means with any amount of cooking the juices will always stay inside the meat? So I guess that also means even with a piece of well-done meat it will be juicy? wow, thats cool. I always thought meat lost its natural "juice" the more you cooked it. From now on I am always gonna order my steak well done, and it will still be juicy, its never happened before but you say it will.
