Oyster Honey Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
3 pcs chicken legs (1.3 kg)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Chili flakes
Prepare the Chicken:
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels and make a diagonal cut at the top of each leg.
3. In a bowl, blend together fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili flakes.
4. Generously coat the chicken legs with the marinade. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes with the oven fan on low.
6. Turn off the oven and let the chicken rest inside for 5 minutes before serving.
