Potala Chop Recipe ( Odia ) | Potala Pakudi Recipe : A plate of hot and crispy Snack tastes great during Monsoon or Rainy days . Here I have shown 2 types of Pakoda or Chop using Pointed Gourd ( Parwal / Poatala ). These delicious crispy Potala Pakudi or Parwal Pakodas goes very well with Tomato ketchup or with green chutney . So, enjoy these 2 types of Poatala chop in this video made by Mrunalinee .
Ingredients :
1. Pointed Gourd ( Parwal / Potala ) - 7 pcs
2. Boiled Potato - 4 ( medium )
3. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
4. Crushed ( Ginger - 1 inch + Garlic 6-7 cloves )
5. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 nos.
6. Gram Flour ( Besan ) - 8 tbsp ( or as required )
7. Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
8. Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
9. Dry Red Chilli - 5 nos. ( or as required )
10. Dry Fenygreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi ) - 2 tbsp ( or Take chopped fresh Coriander leaves )
11. Carom seeds ( Ajwain / Juani ) - 1 tsp
12. Turmeric powder
13. Chilli powder ( or black pepper powder )
14. Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 2 pinch
15. Salt to taste
16. Oil to fry .
