Salad looks beautiful. It will be a little dry though. May bee should add a tsp if oil ...like olive oil. Or give a simple tadka with oil, mustard seeds and red chilli. Oil helps in digesting raw vegetables and prevents gas / bloating. But if you say no need for oil then I would take your advice. Thank you chef Saharan. My Hindi is limited so I have to listen very carefully to what you say. But I love how you say, “ ab hum kya karenge”. 😊

this is raw salad that's why I add raw format coconut.Well, that's because it is packed with nutrients. It is extremely rich in copper, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. Moreover, the fat content it has is actually good fat which will help you body function better.My English is not good 😊🙏
