炸油条配方:
中筋面粉或高筋面粉250克
酵母1.5克
泡打粉4克
盐3克s
室温凉水170毫升
炒菜油15毫升
炒菜油
油温170-180℃
玉米蛋花汤配方:
鲜玉米1个 (320克)
凉水1000毫升
葱1根
鸡蛋一个
玉米淀粉15克
凉水110毫升
盐2克
Fried dough sticks Ingredients:
All purpose flour or bread flour 250 g
Instant dry yeast 1.5 g (1/2 tsp)
Baking powder 4 g (1/2 tbsp)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Room temperature water 170 ml
Cooking oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Cooking oil for frying
Oil temperature 170-180℃ (340-356℉)
Corn egg drop soup Ingredients:
Fresh corn 1 (320 g)
Cold water 1000 ml
Green onion 1 (10 g)
Egg 1
Corn starch 15 g (2 tbsp)
Cold water 110 ml
Salt 2 g (1/3 tsp)
