Hello friends. Today am sharing a very easy and simple breakfast or dinner recipe using rice powder and semolina. Usually during ramadan, pathiri is the common dish in most of our malabar homes. Nice pathiri and varutharacha chicken curry 😋an evergreen combo. Right?.. especially during ramadan.But once we prepare the same continuosly through out ramadan, we will be bored for sure. Paal pathiri is prepared almost similar to nice pathiri but the addition of semolina and the way of cooking makea this different from nice pathiri. Paal pathiri is deep fried like poori. But it tastes simply outstanding even with thick sweet coconut milk dip. Amazing combination - paal pathiri and thengapaal. So do try this paal pathiri once and drop your feedback below. Thank u. 😃
