Wonderful guruji Ek chij aur ap kar rhe hai.... Wo ye hai ki ap life me kese apply kar skte us pe baat kr te hai.... Isliye roj apko dekh ke ek alag hi prerna milti hai.... Wo 10 days to khatam hojata...uske baad fir motivation nhi rehta..... Lekin apko dekh ke motivation milta hai❤❤🙏

the movements of stars/galaxies are predetermined to a large extent....but the direction of our lives depends on how our consciousness interacts with the stars......In other words we create the course of our lives with our karma.....the effect of past karma is modified by our present karma....

Hello Sir, One thing I expreinced in bharmacharia is that I start to feel anxiety sometimes, sometimes quite strong but my anxiety goes off when I ejaculate in my dream then next day feel lighter and less anxiety, I am not in a veg family so I need to eat what my family cook (onion, garlic, non veg sometimes), I know my diet is also affecting bharmacharia, I am not married living with my parents, so I cant really control them what to cook or not, I don't watch porn or think about it but to be honest somewhere in me there is always some "Kamwasna", even thou I busy every day, morning I pray do some chanting then read book, go work, I think I may be supressing my "Kamwasna", sometimes I stomach also feel tight due to anxiety, Dont know what to do?

practice deep meditation ( i have videos on my channel ) then you'll be able to digest the energy of brahmcharya...do some pranayama before meditation . ..While going to bed , do YOGA NIDRA

Guruji mene ye paya hai ki jab dhyan karne ke baad ka mera chit aur saans ki gati...... Aur pranayam krne ke baad mere chit aur saans ki gati me farak hojata hai..... Dhyan ke baad ekduk concentrated rehta hai Lekin pranayam ke baad concentrated+utsah rehta hai Lekin vikar jagne ki sambhavna pranayam ke baad jyada banti hai.....dhyan ke baad wali paristhiti me vikar kam bante hai..... matlab me dono krta hu...mene ye difference notice kia hai Me re
