Congrats on finishing the first week! Definitely a great accomplishment all in its own! You will continue to progress. Don't worry about the Yoga, I am the same way.

I do not like yoga either but, when I get done I am sweaty and my flexibility has gone up. Just make sure you have taken the day 1 photos cause the people that don't regret not doing it. It is a great way to compare. Keep it up chad, I'll be watching!

Great job on sticking with it through week 1. Each workout is hard the first time you do it, but as you stick with it you will get stronger and your stamina will improve. Congrats on losing 3lbs this week. That is awesome. Keep us updated!
