MARINATED MILK FISH IN VINEGAR AND GARLIC
-is a popular Filipino fried fish that usually serve every breakfast
It is made of vinegar,lots of garlic,pepper and salt and then fried until golden brown.
Procedure:
.Place the boneless milk fish in a container with lid
(Wash the bangus and drain well)
.Spread the crushed garlic,salt and pepper on a bangus.
.Pour vinegar
(make sure they are fully submerged in the marination.
.Cover and refrigerate and marinate atleast 1-2 hours or for best result atleast 4 hrs.
