Love this! I detected some Body Break vibes at the end ;) I do a mix of yoga and HIIT (cardio and resistance) to keep me in SUP shape.

Absolutely! Paddle boarding can be what you want it to be and look whatever way is fun, enjoyable and accessible to you. One of the reasons I love it!
