I was extremely impressed with the first lifter in the video doing that 275 for reps, and it took me a minute to realize that was not 185. All the lifters did well too.

Indeed they are - excellent point! I thought about talking a bit about box squats, pause squats, and tempo squats, and the various ways they can help with cranky knees, but I figured the video was getting long enough for now. For what it’s worth, we do have separate videos on each of those.
